WhatsApp ordering for shops that sell over the counter
Connect your point-of-sale system and your shop takes orders on WhatsApp without a website: we sync your POS catalog, an AI assistant takes the customer's order in chat, the customer confirms it, and the order is pushed into your till ready to prepare. It works for grocery stores, cafes, butchers, pharmacies, and any counter business whose customers already message them. Early access, starting with Loyverse.

What your shop gets
- Your POS catalog on WhatsApp. Products and prices sync from your till, so the assistant quotes what you actually stock, at today's prices.
- Orders taken by AI, in any language. Customers write a shopping list the way they text a friend; the assistant turns it into a structured order and reads it back for confirmation.
- Orders pushed into your till. Confirmed WhatsApp orders appear in your POS like any other sale, so stock, receipts, and end-of-day totals stay right.
- Confirmation before you prepare anything. The customer taps Confirm before the order counts, so nobody bags groceries for a prank order.
- A dashboard for the conversations. Read any chat word for word, see orders and totals, and pause the assistant any time.
Why WhatsApp ordering beats a phone line
Counter shops already take orders on WhatsApp and the phone; the problem is that it costs staff time, orders get missed at rush hour, and nothing is written down. The assistant answers instantly at any hour, never mishears a quantity, and every order lands in the till with the items and total already structured.
Customers do not install anything or learn anything new. They message the shop number they already have, and the conversation feels like texting a very fast, very patient member of staff.
How early access works
Loyverse connects today. For anything else, we will tell you honestly when it can be ready.
Catalog sync and your WhatsApp number, set up together in one short session.
The assistant takes orders around the clock and pushes confirmed ones into your till.
Early-access stores pay the same flat monthly price as everyone else. See pricing.
POS questions
Which POS systems are supported?+
We are starting with Loyverse, which is free and popular with independent grocers, cafes, and boutiques. Other POS systems follow based on early-access demand: tell us what you run and we will work with you to connect it.
Do I need a website or online store?+
No. Your POS catalog is the store. Customers order on WhatsApp, and confirmed orders are pushed into your till like any other sale. If you have no POS either, see selling on WhatsApp without a website.
How do customers pay?+
POS orders come in as cash on delivery or pay-at-pickup. The customer confirms the order on WhatsApp, and payment happens the way it already does: over your counter or at the door.
What does early access mean?+
The POS integration works and is being rolled out shop by shop, so we onboard each early store personally and shape the details around real counters, not demos. Early-access stores get direct help with setup and a say in what we build next.
