How the Shopify integration works
The app connects through Shopify's standard app install, with the usual permission screen. Your catalog, stock levels, orders, and store settings such as currency sync automatically, so the AI always answers from live data instead of a stale copy.
When a customer is ready to buy, the assistant creates the order in Shopify and sends back the secure checkout link for it. Nothing about your payment setup changes, and there is no separate order inbox to watch: everything arrives in Shopify admin as normal orders.
Recovery and notification automations run off Shopify's own events (new orders, checkouts, fulfillments), and each one is a separate toggle that ships turned off until you enable it.

Does it change my theme or slow my store down?+
No. Nothing is injected into your storefront. The assistant lives on WhatsApp and in your Shopify admin, so your theme, speed, and checkout stay exactly as they are.
How does WhatsApp checkout work with Shopify?+
The assistant builds the cart in chat, then sends a secure Shopify checkout link for that exact cart. The customer pays on your real Shopify checkout, so payments, taxes, shipping rates, and discounts all behave exactly like a normal order.
Will WhatsApp orders show up in my Shopify admin?+
Yes. Orders land in Shopify like any other order. COD orders additionally get tagged cod-confirmed or cod-cancelled after the customer answers the confirmation message, so your team can filter them before fulfillment.
