You are never billed per message, so a chatty customer costs you nothing extra, and the AI never has a reason to keep replies short.
Meta charges its own fees for some WhatsApp Business API messages, separate from any tool you use, ours included. The rule that matters: replies inside the 24-hour customer service window that follows a customer's message are free on Meta's side. Normal selling conversations, where the customer messages you first, live entirely inside that free window.
Messages your store initiates outside that window, such as a cart reminder sent the next day, use Meta-approved templates that carry a small Meta fee in most countries. We keep reminder defaults inside the free window where possible, and we never mark up Meta's fees.
