Do I need a new phone number?+
No. You can connect your existing WhatsApp Business number, or register a new one during setup, whichever you prefer. Your customers keep chatting with the same number they already know.
Is this the official WhatsApp API?+
Yes. Everything runs on Meta's official WhatsApp Business API, with no unofficial gateways and no risk to your number. Message templates go through Meta's normal approval process.
Does the AI make things up?+
It only answers from your live store data: products, prices, stock, and orders synced from your store. If it doesn't know something, it says so instead of guessing. You can also give it your own instructions and tone.
What counts as a conversation?+
One customer chat session, however many messages it takes. A customer who browses, asks ten questions, and checks out still counts as one conversation. There are no per-message fees.
Can I turn automations off?+
Yes. Every automation, from cart recovery and checkout recovery to each order notification and COD confirmation, is a separate toggle in your dashboard. Turn any of them on or off at any time; changes apply immediately.
