A note on fairness: on AiSensy's India price list its entry subscription is cheaper than ours, and its Free Forever tier at ₹0 is something we do not match at all. If broadcast campaigns are all you need, AiSensy Basic is excellent value, and we do not have campaigns yet at any price. On AiSensy's own USD price list the same Basic plan is $45 per month, above our $29 entry tier, so which product is cheaper depends on which list you are invoiced against. Both sets of figures above are AiSensy's own published numbers; we do not convert between them.
The structural difference shows up when the AI carries the conversation: metered AI messages and per-message charges make a busy month cost more, while a flat conversation tier does not move. There is also a second kind of movement. Between our July 2026 and August 2026 checks, the AI add-on's included allowance halved from 7,000 to 3,500 messages while the price stayed at ₹3,500. That is what a metered allowance can do without the sticker price changing, and it is the specific risk a flat tier removes: there is no allowance to cut. Broadcast marketing is the center of your WhatsApp strategy: campaigns, click-to-WhatsApp ads, a team inbox, and India-first payment collection are mature there, the pricing is published, the plan ladder runs all the way to a 200-agent enterprise tier, and on the India price list the entry cost is low, with a ₹0 tier if you only need a live API number. The AI chatbot exists when you want to add it and accept the AI-message meter, currently 3,500 messages for ₹3,500 per month.
Choose us if
You want the AI to be the salesperson, not an add-on: catalog answers, carts, real checkout links, cart recovery, and packaged COD confirmation from $29 per month flat, with one meter and no seat or AI-message fees, native on Shopify and WooCommerce, POS in early access, or with no website at all. The AI itself is an add-on: ₹3,500 per month, or $99 per month on AiSensy's USD list, metered to 3,500 AI messages. That allowance was 7,000 messages at the same ₹3,500 price when we checked in July 2026, which is worth knowing before you size a metered plan. Our product inverts the arrangement: the AI salesperson is the core, it shows product cards, builds carts, hands over your store's own checkout link, recovers abandoned carts, and confirms COD orders, and it is included in every flat tier without an AI-message cap.
